Frequently asked questions
Is it really free to start?
Yes. The Free plan lets you create a shop, list up to 100 designs, and sell with no monthly fee. We take a 20% platform fee on sales. Upgrade to Pro to reduce the fee to 10%.
How do payments work?
We handle all payments through Stripe. Customers pay with card or PromptPay. You receive your earnings every 30 days, minus the platform fee.
What's the difference between Pro and Print?
Pro is for digital-only template sales. Print adds physical print ordering: checkout, shipping, pickup, and order management. Both have the same quotas and 10% platform fee.
Can I add more storage or designs?
Yes. Add-ons are available on Pro and Print plans. +1 GB storage or +1,000 designs for $2/month each. Stripe prorates based on your remaining billing period.
Do yearly plans save money?
Yes. Yearly billing gives you 2 months free. You pay for 10 months instead of 12.
Can I switch plans?
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing for the remainder of your cycle.
