Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Portplate, a web-based design platform. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Portplate. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

If you are using Portplate on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You may not use another person’s account without permission.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Upon deletion, your designs will be removed from public visibility.

Ownership: You retain ownership of the designs and content you create on Portplate.

License to us: By publishing content on Portplate, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute that content as part of operating the service.

Public content: When you publish a design publicly or submit it as a template, it becomes visible to all Portplate users. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content (images, fonts, etc.) used in your designs.

Prohibited content: You may not upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise objectionable.

Portplate and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Portplate and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-party assets (stock photos from Pexels, icons) are subject to their respective licenses. Pexels photos are licensed under the Pexels License, free for personal and commercial use with attribution.

AI-generated content created using Portplate’s AI features is owned by you, subject to applicable laws on AI-generated works.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Spam other users or send unsolicited messages
• Scrape or automatically collect data from Portplate without permission
• Impersonate other users or Portplate staff
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

Portplate is currently free to use. Core design features are and will remain free. We may introduce optional paid plans in the future to access premium features. Free features will not be removed.

We reserve the right to modify features, impose storage limits, or introduce paid tiers with advance notice.

Users may submit designs as templates to the public gallery. Submitted templates are reviewed by our team before approval. We reserve the right to reject templates for any reason.

By submitting a template, you confirm you have rights to all content within it and grant Portplate a license to display and distribute it to other users.

Portplate is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portplate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts.
